  1. Order Confirmation – assures your order has been received and processed
  2. Shipment Confirmation – confirms availability, shipping, tracking, and estimated date for arrival
  3. Backorder Confirmation (when applicable) - We strive to have all current styles in stock!  But sometimes a certain size or style is extremely popular which may cause an item to be backordered.  In that case, we provide an anticipated delivery date, and do not process payment until the day the order ships.  Prior to shipping, any backorder may be cancelled free of charge or any style replaced with one in stock.

Special Orders:

All custom and monogrammed orders require special handling, so payment is processed when an order is placed and delivery may take 4 to 6 months.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, and will ship via UPS Ground or Fed Ex.  If your item is not in stock you will be notified by email of the anticipated delivery schedule.  You may cancel a backorder prior to shipping at no cost to you.  For faster delivery, choose 3rd-day delivery, 2nd-day delivery, or next-day delivery for an additional charge.  International shipping is available per request and acceptance of the quoted shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with an in-stock item for any reason you can exchange or return that item by following these steps:

  • Call us at 713-773-1156 or email us at info@bypaige.com with the order reference number and reason for the return
  • Expect an email confirmation from us, giving a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • Return shoes in their original box, and clearly write the RA# on the outside of the box
  • Prepare box for shipping and pay shipping costs using UPS or Fed EX or the required postal rate
  • Insure the return and retain a tracking number
  • To receive merchandise credit on returns, shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and returned within 7 days of receiving the RA #.  Merchandise credit will be issued less a 20% restocking fee on your credit card.  Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be credited.
  • To exchange in stock items for another size or design, follow the steps outlined above.  Full merchandise credit will be issued on your credit card and your new purchase will be applied. Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be credited, unless of course ByPaige is responsible for the exchange.

Sale items and special orders are not returnable for credit or exchange.

  1. What sizes do your shoes come in?

    • Loafers come in whole and half sizes from 6.5 to 11
    • Mules and sandals are sized
          xx-small (6-6.5)
          x-small (7-7.5)
          small (8-8.5)
          medium (9-9.5)
          large (10-10.5)

  2. What widths are available?
    All shoes are medium widths. (We do not offer narrow widths.)
  3. What makes your shoes unique?
    Our shoes are hand-stitched with 100% wool-dyed yarns and fully lined in kid leather. Each pattern is artistically designed in house and produced overseas by a vendor owner Paige Andrews has worked with for more than 20 years. Paige strives to deliver only the best quality product, and stands behind her promise.
  4. What are the soles made of?
    Our soles are manmade natural-color rubber, so they are flexible, comfortable, and wear well.
  5. I have bought shoes from the Larkspur Collection.  Are yours similar?
    Yes, ByPaige shoes are similar to those produced by the Larkspur Collection. Paige was a former partner at the Larkspur Collection before it closed. With this invaluable experience and a new artistic vision, Paige has now launched her own collection, featuring enhanced shoe construction and all new design patterns.
  6. What about men’s shoes, special orders, and monogramming?
    Men’s shoes, custom designs, and monograms are available upon request and require special handling. Payment is processed when the order is placed and delivery may take 4 to 6 months. Once placed, orders may not be cancelled or altered for any reason.
