Knot Needlepoint Loafers for Men. By Paige has had many requests to produce Men’s Needlepoint Loafers and our first shipment has just arrived. Each design was developed in house by Paige herself. The loafers are stitched by hand and are fully lined in soft kid leather. This loafer features a classic nautical knot stitched in petitpoint and the background is navy. Available in the following sizes: 8, 10.5, 11.5, 12. The width is medium. Our men’s loafers run pretty true to size.
